Review
Beans loves solving mysteries and thinks of himself as a detective. He decides to try and solve the mystery of who is writing him notes, or as he calls it ‘the MNG (Mystery Note Giver)’. In order to do so, Beans needs his detective hat. But why is his hat not where he left it on his desk last night?
The MNG mystery is going to have to wait, as he must solve the mystery of his missing hat first! Surely this mystery will be easily solved?!
We follow Beans on his increasingly frustrating search for his hat. He will come across all sorts of obstacles and strange encounters, including a diamond thief. But will he manage to solve the mystery in time to get back home to his Mum for dinner? Hopefully it will be pizza!
This is a great graphic novel mystery that junior and middle primary students will love.
