The Twigs are back, and this time Stump is having a bad day and is GRUMPY! He has tried all the things that he can think of to get his grumpy out, but nothing seems to work.
The other Twigs think that he is grumpy because he has a splinter, but then they realise that he means that he is missing his favourite splinter, SPLINTY-WINTY!
So the friends decide that they need to help Stump find her, and make him not GRUMPY anymore! Could the Bunny that jumped on Stump’s head that morning help solve the mystery?
The sixth instalment is the wonderful series for junior readers certainly doesn’t disappoint, as it explores feelings and emotions, and highlights the importance of helping others and friendship.
