Stage 4 COVID-19 Restrictions:

Please note that due to Stage 4 restrictions in place in metropolitan Melbourne, our office will be closed to the public from 6 August 2020. This means that we are unable to take any payments, assist with placing orders in store or sell any items over the counter during this period. All orders must be placed online.

All our customer service staff and administration staff are now working remotely and can be contacted by telephone or email if you need any assistance. Our customer service hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.

Our warehouse will remain operational throughout this period and will be operating in strict accordance with the Stage 4 restrictions.

Booklist Orders:

The Stage 4 restrictions mean that we can only accept orders for Contactless Click + Collect or Delivery. 

If you require any booklist items you must place an order online through our ordering portal and choose one of the following options:

Delivery - We are still accepting online delivery orders and our warehouse is operational to fulfil these orders. We send with Australia Post so please note that due to high demand on their parcel network delivery may take slightly longer than usual. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent so you can track its progress.

Contactless Click + CollectAll Click + Collect will now be contactless only. Once you receive a text message that your order is ready for collection, please follow the signs when you arrive and remain in your car. Once you arrive, please call us and have your order number ready and your order will be brought out to you.

Hours for collection of Contactless Click + Collect are as follows:

8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.

School library and school staff orders:

If you are a school staff member, please rest assured that our customer service team are working remotely to support you as normal throughout this time. Contactless delivery or postage of your orders can be arranged.
