From 28 October we have re-opened in line with the Third Step COVID-19 Restrictions. To assist in complying with these restrictions if you are visiting us, we ask that you please observe the following:
Click and Collect:
Our Click and Collect service for 2021 booklist orders will open for collection shortly. Please wait until you receive a text message notifying you that your order is ready and please bring this message with you on collection.
Click and Collect orders will be collected from a separate warehouse entrance which is located to the left hand side of our building. Please do not join the queue for the front reception if you are collecting a Click and Collect order.
Look out for the "Click and Collect Collection Point" sign and please queue there to collect your order. Please have your text message ready, and observe the above guidelines.
All our customer service staff and administration staff are now working remotely and can be contacted by telephone or email if you need any assistance. Our customer service hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.
For some schools, you can place booklist orders for 2021 online now for delivery or click and collect. These will begin being processed for delivery and collection from early November onwards. The remaining schools are still finalising their 2021 booklists and they will open for ordering in the coming weeks.
