Rob & Michelle - General Managers

Rob and Michelle are the ultimate husband and wife team.

Rob is the Managing Director and manages Lamont's sales and purchasing.

Michelle oversees the Lamont office as well as co-ordinating our textbook services.

Rob and Michelle both read numerous titles every month to pick the best ones for our Standing Order.

Sometimes they even answer the phone!

Rob and Michelle have owned the business since 1990 and, whilst raising their four children, have overseen its phenomenal growth. 

The culture of Lamont as a friendly, family business is a testament to both Rob and Michelle.

With their four children now grown up, and with two of their children now working full time in the business, Rob and Michelle are looking to continue the family environment of the business in years to come. They are also looking forward to having a lot more time to themselves!
