Eric’s dog Ugly is one of those dogs that just can’t seem to keep himself out of trouble. Big and cumbersome, he is constantly doing things he shouldn't, and Eric’s family is getting sick of it - especially his Dad.
How can Eric convince his Dad that Ugly is ok and shouldn’t be left outside by himself? He needs to find Ugly a job! That will keep him busy and out of trouble. Or will it?
After conducting a survey at school about the jobs that a dog could do, Eric and his friends come up with a final list: Personal trainer,

And so, with the help of his friends and Grandad, Eric’s quest to find Ugly a job begins!
