The program is where people are trained to use this wonder drug, which enables them to perform incredible magical feats that can alter the structure of the elements. Those trained have the opportunity to be rich, and also have an impact on the world. This is all Nora has wanted since her Dad died - if she had only a small fraction of levic she would have been able to save him.
But Nora is a realist, and so she never even enters the lottery that entitles the winner entry into the annual gala event, held by the richest and most powerful family in the world - and owners of the Levic brand - the Lamours.
